ABOUT TIEC

The International Entrepreneurs Collective (TIEC) is a project-based organization focused on entrepreneurship as a pathway to economic participation, particularly in contexts where access to the traditional labor market is limited.
TIEC works on initiatives that intersect with international participation, culture, education, and social cohesion as part of this broader focus
TIEC’s work is centered on skills development and economic participation, with entrepreneurship as a practical pathway in contexts where access to the traditional labor market is limited.
Our projects respond to real conditions faced by international populations, including language barriers, non-recognition of qualifications, and disrupted career paths.
Our Work
TIEC works through funded, time-bound projects developed in collaboration with public, cultural, and educational partners. Projects are designed to operate within clear institutional, financial, and governance frameworks.
Context-based design
Projects are designed in response to specific local, social, and institutional contexts. This ensures that activities, tools, and outcomes are relevant to the environments in which they are implemented, rather than based on generic or transferable models.

How We Work
Co-creation & Collaboration
Iterative Delivery
Implementation follows an iterative approach, allowing for testing, feedback, and adjustment over time. This supports responsiveness to real conditions while remaining aligned with agreed objectives, timelines, and accountability frameworks.
Our work is developed and carried out in collaboration with partners, stakeholders, and participants. Co-creation functions as a structured process to support shared ownership, relevance, and effective coordination across different actors.
Working with TIEC
TIEC works with public institutions, organizations, companies and partners seeking to develop initiatives at the intersection of entrepreneurship, international participation, and social cohesion.
TIEC is particularly relevant in contexts that require:
Translating policy goals and funding frameworks into concrete, context-sensitive initiatives
Working with international or mixed populations in local and regional settings
Designing, coordinating, and executing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, public space, or layered objectives
TIEC can operate as a design, coordination or execution partner, supporting institutions from early framing and development through implementation within established institutional, financial, and governance structures.
