OUR PROJECTS

Projects vary in scope, scale, and format, and include funded programs, collaborative initiatives, and pilot projects.
The Collaboration Lab
The Collaboration Lab is a hands-on program where international and Dutch entrepreneurs connect, learn, and collaborate to co-create something new. Participants develop shared ideas through real-life collaboration, guided sessions, and practical experimentation with lasting impact.
Winter Market Eindhoven
Winter Market Eindhoven is a public event that promotes social cohesion by bringing together local residents, international communities, and regional initiatives. The market supports social inclusion by offering visibility and accessible participation for small entrepreneurs, social initiatives and cultural organizations. The event contributes to a more inclusive and connected urban environment.
Craft & Art Journeys
Art and Craft Journeys is a participatory cultural program that strengthens social cohesion and urban vitality through shared art and craft practices in local neighborhoods. The program activates neighborhood spaces by bringing residents from diverse backgrounds together in structured, hands-on creative sessions. By emphasizing participation and co-creation, it fosters interaction, mutual understanding, and local engagement, contributing to more connected, resilient, and inclusive neighborhoods across the city.
Thryves Community
Thryves is a community that supports international professionals in reskilling and transitioning into the Dutch labor market through entrepreneurship. It combines peer support, consultancy, and structured programs to help members develop practical business skills, understand local systems, and build sustainable self-employment pathways. By linking reskilling with economic participation and social integration, Thryves contributes to a more inclusive and resilient local economy.
Start Her Up
Start Her Up is a five-month entrepreneurship program that supports international women in transitioning into self-employment and the Dutch labor market. The program combines soft skills development, entrepreneurial skills training, and structured networking to strengthen both professional capacity and confidence. Through guided sessions, and practical assignments, participants develop viable business ideas and professional pathways.
KICK
KICK is a CYANOTYPES pilot programme focused on practical digital skills for creative entrepreneurs.
It supports participants in building confidence, autonomy, and clarity in how they use digital tools to create, collaborate, and communicate. Rather than teaching tools in isolation, KICK integrates digital learning into the development of creative agency, helping participants work more effectively, sustain their practice, and respond to a rapidly changing digital landscape.
